The client’s internal reporting relied heavily on spreadsheet-based workflows maintained across finance, operations, claims, compliance, and care teams.

To eliminate spreadsheet dependency and create a unified, automated, secure, and real-time analytics ecosystem using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) — enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions without manual consolidation or departmental silos.
