A mid-size manufacturing company producing industrial components for EU clients. The client faced process fragmentation across multiple software tools (Tally for accounting, Excel for inventory, manual purchase orders), resulting in redundant data, delayed reporting, and operational bottlenecks.

Project Objective:
To design and deploy a unified Odoo ERP solution encompassing production, inventory, sales, procurement, and finance modules — fully integrated with real-time analytics and accessible across all plants.
