A leading Singapore-based online beauty retailer selling skincare, cosmetics, and personal care across Southeast Asia. Its existing Magento 2.1 instance was hosted on a local VPS, facing heavy downtime during peak sale events and offering inconsistent multi-currency checkout.

Project Objective:

To migrate the platform to Adobe Commerce Cloud 2.4.6, implement a unified multilingual and multi-currency setup, and deliver lightning-fast performance with regional CDN and SEO-friendly localization.
