b10 Electronic Health Information Export

Clynyx supports user-initiated electronic health information export for authorized users without subsequent developer assistance.

The export capability produces a structured, machine-readable export package containing supported electronic health information within the applicable export scope and user permissions.

b11 Predictive Decision Support Intervention Risk Management

Predictive DSI in Current Scope: Fall Risk Assessment

Fall Risk Assessment is a predictive decision support intervention used to support patient fall risk evaluation during routine clinical use of Clynyx. The intervention is intended to inform and augment user decision-making and is not intended to replace clinical judgment.

Clynyx maintains Predictive DSI source attributes, configuration records, risk analysis, mitigation, governance, and maintenance records. Access to source attributes and configuration is limited to authorized users with appropriate permissions.

Predictive decision support output should be interpreted together with clinical context, organizational workflow, and user judgment.

d13 Multi-Factor Authentication 

Clynyx supports multi-factor authentication using an authenticator app-based second factor for supported application access workflows.

Supported use cases include application login for supported internal users and administrative enable, disable, and reset workflows for supported MFA-enabled access.

Email-based one-time codes and SMS-based one-time codes are not the supported MFA method described on this page.

Clynyx supports authorized application retrieval of supported patient data following successful patient selection and authorization.

Returned information is governed by the certified capability, granted authorization, user permissions, and deployment-specific configuration.

Clynyx supports standardized FHIR API access for patient and population services using the certified API capability.
