The portal provides a centralized access to all the registered internal employees to exchange their ideas, share their experiences, pictures, blogs, problems and solutions which in turn could be beneficial to other employees of the bank. This portal empowered employees to seek answers from their peers, strengthen bonding between the colleagues, transfer knowledge and gradually empower better communication among the peers
Features
- Any new registration required a unique Id that was provided to every employee by the Bank directly prior to registration. This code allowed multiple registration by the employee and their family members
- “Let’s Talk” module in the portal provides access to all the registered users to submit a new topic and add comments
- Participate in various events by registering via portal share pictures and experiences among the colleagues via centralized blogging platform
