  • Excellency in front end sales

  • Excellency in oral and written communication
  • Should have sound knowledge of IT industry
  • Must have experience in selling of IT & BPO services (not products)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead generation
  • Set up appointments
  • Increase company revenue by acquiring new customer accounts

Job Description :

  • Hands on experience in generating business via portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, etc
  • Increasingly achiving monhtly business starting from $2K to $20K+ starting 1st month
  • Getting business of ticket size between $500 to $50K+
  • Must haveknowledge about IT Services, Custom software, Mobility and latest IT trends
  • Must propose technical solutions based on Microsoft.NET, PHP, Mobile, OpenSource Mobile technologies for websites, intranets, crms, ecommerce, business applicaitons, erps, emr, etc
  • Submitting solutions around 15 to 25 bids per day
  • Excellent at closing projects and showcasing IT portfolio of projects
  • Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by re-searching and writing standard and customized proposals
  • Excellent and negoitating terms, buiilding formal agreements, contracts and proposals
  • To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Outbeating Competitor bids
  • Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
  • Identify IT services (such as software, website, mobile apps, and software designing/UI/UX and web solutions)
  • Involve in contract signing and client relationship management and generate leads/ prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirement and acquisition.
