Time Zone Meeting Planner is a program – web part developed on Share Point Portal for users to use on our client intranet. It displays various time zones. When you drag across various time zones, it highlights time. Time zone and daylight saving settings are taken from an XML file built on the fly by synchronization with a paid world time service provider. Admin can enter various cities whose time zone should be displayed. These cities will be checked for to be present in the XML file.
