Pipeline system is a web based system developed for visual effect company to manage the entire production workflow. Users identified as client, studio, producer, editor, etc are authenticated and authorized bases on user privileges.

The company receives several bids from sub-contractors and the entire bid management with tracking of several versions for a particular bid is handled by the system. Producers enter job information, update bid report tasks and shot information which is used to calculate a project bid total. Artist and producers can share and exchange information about shows and shots they are working on. Management can view the task assigned and their status.
