The application includes design your building, building specials, accessory prices, insulation price, mini storage, aircraft hangers, foundation design and erection quote.
The manufacturer has the ability to define multiple user types: builders, direct sales, and brokers are a few. Discounts and markups may be defined for individuals, user types and additional factors may be added for job weights.
Brokers are allowed to have their own web site while complete control of the pricing philosophy and maintenance stay with the manufacturer.
Quotation and pricing reports and preliminary framing drawings including anchor bolt plans with reactions and details are available for the user. A great time savings for the manufacturer's estimating and engineering resources. |
